Another one is traffic light Jelly cups
Depending on size of the cups and how many you will need to make will depend on how much Jelly to make.
Disposable Plastic cups
Red , orange and green jelly.
Make jelly as per directions on packet
Pour equal amounts of green into cups and allow to set once set make orange jelly pour into the cups to make the next layer allow to set and do the same with the red jelly. These are SO easy to make and the kids love them and not expensive to make either. :) Hope these are helping.

Ice cream cone cupcakes ---- They Look Like icecreams but dont melt :)
Cupcakes
225grams unsalted butter (softened)
225grams Caster sugar
225 Self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1teaspoon vanilla essence and 24 mini FLAT bottom cones
Icing
175 grams icing sugar sieved
115 unsalted butter (Softened)
pinch of salt
115mls whipping cream
1tsp vanilla essence
and sprinkles to decorate
Pre heat oven to 175degree celcius or 350'F Line 24 cup mini muffin tray with paper baking cases. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat with electric beater until smooth and pale looking (should take couple of mins) spoon batter into the cases.
Bake for 20 mins, remove from oven and cool for 5 mins, remove and cool on rack. Peel of paper baking cases and place the cupcakes inside the icecream cones. To make the icing beat the sugar, butter, and salt with electric wisk/beater. Add the cream and vanilla and beat till smooth. Pipe the mixture in a swirl on top of the cupcake and decorate with sprinkles. You can store in airtight container for 2 days but the kids eat them before that time!! Makes 2 dozen. I have done these for parties and they are a huge hit!
** you can also be different and make choc mint ones-- Make the basic cupcake recipe but to the icing add 100grams of choc chips and substitute mint essence for the vanilla :)
