It's coming to that time of year for us,when the boys have a million things to do and I have to drive them. So I was wondering if anyone had any easy slowcook recipes?

Put some boneless butterflied pork chops into the crock pot. Top with cream of mushroom soup, mushroom gravy, chicken broth and 1 can of mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and whatever other seasonings you like.

Another pork chop one I liked is to add the pork chops to the pot, top with 1 bottle of italian dressing, 1 can rotel tomatoes, 1 can diced italian style tomatoes. Serve with rice.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of chicken. 1 cup chicken broth. Season. Cook on low 8 hours. Serve with rice or egg noddles.

Easy pot roast. Roast with veggies of your choice. Add 1 packet of dry onion soup mix. 1 packet of ranch mix. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 1- 2 cups of water.

Hi, I have a great cookbook Fix-It and Forget-it Cookbook Feasting with your slow cooker, By Dawn J. Ranck and Phyllis Pellman Good. If you can afford it or could find it at the Library it is a great book. I found my at a garage sale. One thing my family likes chicken or beef roast and what ever veggies I have on hand seasoned to taste. I know it is not much of a Recipe but it works for us. Also you might want to google slow cook recipes. My biggest problem with using a slow cooker is getting the food started in time for it to cook. One thing I have done to help keep the heat in is to but either a clean bath towel or several hot pads on the lid to cover all of it so the heat does not escape around the rim of the cover. Have fun making good tasting healthy meals for your family.
