make your usual meatloaf recipe and experiment with different cream or envelope soups for flavor. I like campbells cream of GOLDEN mushroom. Or try and envelope of ranch dressing mix.

chicken spagetti recipe
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 jar mushrooms
1 jar pimentos
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 chicken breasts, boiled, reserving broth
2/3 box spaghetti cooked in broth
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Add soups, mushrooms, pimento, cheese and deboned chicken, chopped. Add up to 1 cup of water to make mixture a little juicier. Heat until cheese is melted. Layer spaghetti and chicken in a 9 x 12 inch casserole. Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly. Top with more cheese. Serves 8.

Easy Meatloaf
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup dried bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
3.In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
4.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour

instead of regular bread crumbs or cracker crumbs use cheese it's parmesean and garlic flavor, then put barbque sauce instead of ketchup. hope that works

i don't have a recipe for the actual meatloaf but for a sauce i mix ketchup, yellow mustard, and light brown sugar. mix to your specific taste. i spread some sauce over before i bake it and save some for after it's cooked. it's not spicy, but i'm sure you could add cayenne pepper powder if you want a kick. :)

May favorite is:

* 1 egg
* 1 cup shredded Italian Five cheese
* 1/3 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
* 1 teaspoon minced dried onions
* 1-1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
* 1/3 cup worchestershire sauce
* 1 med sized choped onion
* 1 cup chopped mushrooms
* 1/2 cup diced celery
* 1 chopped pepper (green, red, yellow or orange whatever is your favorite)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. combine everything in a large bowl
3. Bake in a casserole dish, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for until done (45min to 1 hour usually depends upon the size of the pan and the thickness of the meatloaf)

The meat loaf recipe I have been using is off the Lipton Onion soup box. It turns out really tender & yummy every time.

I use 2 packs of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
about 1/2 cup of ketchup
on the box where it calls for water I use that same amount in beef broth instead of the water (more flavor)
egg .. ect...

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 (8 ounce) package processed cheese, cubed
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1/2 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper,garlic, Italian to taste

Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and return to pot.
To the pasta add the diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream of mushroom soup, processed cheese, chopped chicken, mushrooms, salt and pepper and seasoning. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.

This meatloaf recipe is taken out the "Eating for Life" cookbook. My husband and I love this recipe, it is so full of flavor!

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
4 egg whites
1 cup salsa
3/4 cup Old fashioned oats, uncooked
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 ketchup


Directions

1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2-In a large mixing bowl, comine ground turkey, onion, egg whites, salsa, oats, soup mix, and black pepper.

3-press mixture into a 9X5 loaf pan and spread ketchup over the top.

4-Bake until meatloaf is no longer pink in the middle, about 60 minutes.

Number of Servings: 6

I'd give you my recipe but I don't really have one, my husband and 10mo love it!! I just season it up with whatever I'm in the mood for add BBQ sauce (or pasta sauce/ketchup whatever) a mix of oatmeal & flour and bake. Sometimes if we've got lots of cheese I'll top it with LOTS of grated cheese for the last few minutes till its nice and melty. Cheese makes everything better!!

MEATLOAF-
2LBS GROUND CHUCK
1 PKG LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX
SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
A1 STEAK SAUCE
CHOPPED ONION AND GREEN BELL PEPPER (IF YOU LIKE)
BLACK PEPPER
SEASONED SALT
1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS INCLUDING EXCEPT TOMATO SAUCE IN BOWL....MIX THOROUGHLY AND MAKE A LOAF. BAKE COVERED FOR 1 HOUR ON 400 DEGREES. LAST 10-15 MINUTES OF BAKING, DRAIN OFF EXCESS GREASE AND POUR TOMATO SAUCE ON TOP OF LOAF. CONTINUE BAKING FOR 10-15 MINUTES UNCOVERED. AND ENJOY!!!

I found that if you replace the ketchup with salsa (Hot, Medium, or Mild) It really gives it an awesome flavor.

I am sorry but I dont know how to cook using exact measurements it's a bad habit of mine.

2 lbs Hamburger leaner is better
1 onion chopped
handful of mushrooms I like crimini
1 or 2 egg acts as a binder
1/2 c milk
1/2 to cup of Shredded cheese any kind you like. I use a Chedder Mix or if you like it a lttle spicier add Jalapeno Jack
bread crumbs
Lawrys seasoning salt pepper
a little garlic powder
form into Meatloaf top w BBQ Sauce and a little cheese
Bake 350 until done

Instead of ketchup, I add salsa to my basic meatloaf recipe... it adds some nice spice. Because you don't want it to be too wet- use less of a salsa that is spicier than you would normally use- to get some zip, without too much wetness. I do that with chilli too.

My family loves this meatloaf recipe:

mix hamburger meat with dried minced onions, spices of your choice ( i use garlic powder and montreal steak seasoning), half of a can of spagetti sauce (save the other half for on the top), worchester sauce (just about 2 Tbsp).

This is how my daughter and I make Chicken Spaghetti.

8 oz. (small box) spaghetti
1 can cream of broccoli
4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts (cooked and cut into strips or small chunks)
12 oz. Velveeta cheese cut into chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 - 1 cup sliced green olives
Cook chicken in a skillet until done. Set aside. Cook pasta in a large saucepan until done. Drain and return to saucepan. Add broccoli soup and cream of mushroom soup. Melt Velveeta in milk (stirring over low - med. heat). When the Velveeta is melted, add ALL the ingredients to the spaghetti and stir. Add olives and stir again. If mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.

You can actually add all the ingredients to the spaghetti as soon as the cheese is melted.

For chicken cacciatore, you would take chicken breasts, put in a slow cooker with 2 cans of tomatoes (probably diced) and Italian spices (oregano, basil, etcetera, )and leave it alone for 4-6 hours on medium. Serve over spaghetti noodles.

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teas salt
1 cup tomato sauce
1 egg beaten


Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredents together and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Candi that sounds like a good I don't ketchup but my husband and daughter do so I never eat the top but barbeque sauce would be a good compromise.

This is a great meatloaf recipe that is easy and so moist and delicious.

Makes 8 servings

Mini Meatloaves
* 1 egg
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 pound ground beef
* 2/3 cup ketchup
* 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into eight miniature meatloaves. Place these in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. (I put in a large muffin tin)
3. In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

When we make meatloaf, instead of ketchup we use barbeque sauce. It adds a little kick to it.
