I find just going for really long walks with the baby helped me a lot!! I also joined a baby and Mom work out class that I do once a week... I havent gotten back to my weight before pregnancy ... however I truly believe that my body has completely changed!

When pregnant with my 1st, i gained 70lbs, only losing 40lbs after the birth, then adding on an additional 10 lbs for the next 2 pregnancies..now being 60lbs over weight.
What worked for me was weight watchers, learning i can eat my regular foods just watch my portion sizes. I sighed up for 10wks, having to go for weekly weigh ins made me do it, as i'd pre paid, and too cheap to lose $119. In the 10 wks i lost 20lbs, 2lbs a week. I felt great, it was the confidence booster i needed. i am now down 30lbs, and i don't consider myself dieting, just learning to eat properly, so now it's natural. And the 1 hr, once a week meetings are a break from the kids. Pure adult conversation.
