Lunch box recipes for day care

Hi,



My daughters day care has a 'no traces of nuts' policy and I'm finding it really hard to find things to put in her lunch box. I am trying a muesli bar recipe tonight but wondering if anyone has any other great ideas. She seems to only get sandwiches, fruit, cheese sticks and museli bars...

i usually include muffins in my kidz' lunch boxes. to boost that fruit and veg intake, i use a basic muffin recipe and add fresh or dried fruit bits or alternatively, make some yummy babymarrow and pineapple muffins. beetroot and chocolate muffins are also awesome, although it sounds a bit gross!



also, why not include leftover meats such as chicken drumsticks, viennas, etc?
