I packed my first lunchboxes of the year today and sent my kiddos off to school- Yahoo! Now I'm looking for HEALTHY and tasty lunchbox suggestions from my fellow moms. What are some of your children's healthy favorites?

My daughter loves, Waffle Sandwiches.
I take 2 Eggo waffles, add some mustard and ham, put them together, cut in half and voila I have a waffle sandwich

Because of the prevalence of peanut allergies, we aren't allowed to pack any nuts, not spreads or nut butters. I also have to be creative with healthy options. Usually, I pack healthy leftovers from last night's dinner with a freeze pack to keep it all cold. Jeremy's other favorites are rolled tortillas with cream cheese and shrimp or smoked salmon. He also likes cream cheese tortillas with brown sugar/cinnamon topping and fresh apples on the side.

My daughter is impossible when it comes to packed lunches, but a couple of her favorites are a bag of dried cranberries and almonds, tortillas with peanut butter and bananas, and soup in her thermos.
