1 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Condensed milk tin of full cream fresh milk

Microwave on high for 5 min



Mix Together:

1 Egg

3 tins of milk

5 Tbs Maizena

1 tsp Vanilla

Add to above

Microwave on high for 8 min

Beat until smoothe



Place in biscuit base:

1 pkt Tennis biscuts

125 gms butter



Sprinkle with cinnamon

Enjoy!!

Hallo Karina,

The sweetened condensed milk is a very thick and very sweet milk that we get here.

The second one you just use the tin for measuring the milk in and yes it's normal cow milk. Yes, all together you will use 4 tins of milk (again just using the tin for measuring)

We use Maizena to thicken stuff it's like corn flour not sure if you get it there. You can use any kind of biscut for the crust just crush it and mix it with your melted butter and use as a base. Hope this helps and good luck. Let me know how it came out.

hello Rene, i would love to try this recipe but as i live in australia i am unsure about a few of the ingredients.....can you help me?



what is the difference between the first two ingredients???

Also what is Maizena???

Is the '3 tins of milk', in addition to the first two ingredients???

do you mean just milk out of the carton?

and also what are tennis biscuits?



sorry for all the questions but i really want to try this.....not sure if we have the same stuff here or not.
