Mommies quick crab vegetables and rice ( for a family of 5)

4 cans of real crab in water (found near the cans of tuna in any grocery store)

4 cups of cooked rice ( I prefer jazmine rice)

4 cups mixed frozen vegetables of choice

1/2 cup of fresh lemon or lime juice

2 teaspoons of olive oil or butter ( I prefer butter)



Steam frozen vegetables in 1/2cup of fresh lemon/ lime juice for 8 minutes, season with preferred seasonings (i.e. I use lemon pepper, garlic powder, celantro and a pinch of sea salt). Drain all can of crab, add to the vegetables, add the rice and the 1 teaspoons of olive oil or butter stir all together very well let steam until moisture in food has almost all evaporated then add the other 1 teaspoon of olive oilor butter and stir fir let simmer then serve and cook.



As a single full time RN student and part-time worker i discovered this meal when that was all to eat in my cabinets and refrigerator. My children have loved this meal every since.
