My daughter is thirteen and she is even worse but when she gets like that i look her in the eye and talk to her in a calm tone of voice and some day i lose it but most of the time i try to talk to her again about her behaviour when she is calmed down and then she actualy listen

my daughter is exactly the same!! she can be soo adorable but then the 'teenage' attitude starts..... im also at my whits end with it.... my daughter will be 9 in few weeks
