Well my famous fried chicken is pretty easy to make you can season your chicken with what ever you like,but i use season salt, pepper, garlic, honey mustard, and hot sauce while cleaning and seasoning your chicken lets get that grease going when your grease is nice and hot you use my secret ingredient pancake mix coat chicken and drop in pan or deep fry until golden brown you can also make waffles or pancakes to go with your pancake mix fried chicken

thats sounds good and different just wanted to know do you mix the pancake mix like a batter or use it like flour

That sounds interesting, I'm going to try that one! But have you ever used potatoe spuds from instant mashed potatoes? That is as well good!! =)
