Honey-Garlic Spareribs

INGREDIENTS

3 lbs pork spareribs

1/2 cup honey

1 cup water

4 tbsp crushed garlic

1 tsp salt

PREPARATION

Place in roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over pork. Bake at 375 degrees for at least 1 hour, turning and basting at least twice until the honey begins to caramelize on the meat.

ESTIMATED PREPARATION/COOK TIME

70 minutes

I have made these where I lowered the heat and cook for longer. They are tender done both ways I guess depend how much time have spare :) Hope it helps!

hope this isn't the one that you used but this is the way I cook my ribs all the time now. when I say they are tender...my goodness they fall off the bone.

rinse your ribs (I prefer pork) then seaon them with lawry's seaoning salt, and some pepper and put them in the regular oven on broil until they are no longer pink. Then put them in the crock pot on a bed of onions, green peppers and then top with a bottle of BBQ sauce and let them slow cook.

I don't have a slowcooker recipe but I season mine and cook them at 300 degrees for like 4-5 hours until tender and I finish them the last 30 minutes of cooking with bbq sauce.

My seasonings are garlic salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and onion powder.
