Here are a few recipes I use constantly to change up my kids lunches and still keep them cheap and nutritious.

Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly!

Simple butter your bread like you are making a grilled cheese, only prepare the inside like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. My kids love this one!

Another peanut butter sandwich variation...

For my older child, I add some cubed apples and raisins in some peanut butter and then spoon onto some bread. This is one of my favorites as well.

Flour Tortilla wraps...

Simply take a flour tortilla, add some cheese, and whatever else you can imagine, microwave for a few seconds and roll up. Our favorite is shredded chicken, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce.
