Capri sun makes this wonderful drink called roaring waters...It's flavored water and he will never know the different...I would defiantly suggest that for the water.

One thing that I do for myself to help me drink more water is adding lemon. I make a big pitcher of water with lemon slices in it. It is just enough flavor to make it easier to drink. You can also try strawberries or other citrus.

You can start adding a little bit of water to his juice and then over time add more until he is drinking mostly water. You will have to do it very gradually though so he doesn't notice.

My kids also love lima beans. My son especially loves them. They are perfect for his little fingers. He is 17 mos.

squash fries or sweet potato fries! My kids love them both. I make my own. I dont actually fry mine though. I put them on a cookie sheet n pour a little EVOO n salt n bake it

Veggie pizza! My kids love it! Super easy and really yummy. Just look up a recipe online. My kids love when I use lots of colors (red yellow n green bell peppers, carrots, broccoli). AS for the water... my son wont drink it either. I give him crystal light or add some in his juice.
