I am in nursing school, and my classes this semester are at night. I need some good, not too fattening crockpot recipes. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

i usually just dump a packet or two of onion soup mix, chicken or beef, veggies and potatoes and some chicken broth into the crockpot to make a stew and it comes out really tasty.

This lady was on good morning america-had some great ideas although I'm not sure how fattening the recipes are-she made 1 for every day of the year and posted them.

My family has soccer practice twice a week and its hard to fix dinner on those nights and eating out for us is not always an option. I found this website while searching for crockpot recipes...
There is an option to have recipes sent to your email on a weekly basis. I found this very helpful and have enjoyed all of the recipes I have tried. You can also search for recipes if you have something in mind to make and wonder if it can be made in the crockpot! Hope this helps.
