We have ranch burger's during the summer. I have to feed 4. Myself, husband and our 2 girls. But it's easy and left overs are always good too.

Preheat over to 350

get a cake pan and just sprinkle a little salt & pepper
1 .5 lb of ground beef
1 egg
and 1 package of Hidden Valley (dips mix) ranch 16 oz
about 1 cup (give or take on what u like) of any kind of shredded cheese

Mix the meat, egg & ranch mix and cheese together. Portion out into burger sizes, place in baking dish and back at 350 for about 30 minutes. They are best if flipped over 1/2 way. Your oven is different from mine so it might take a few minutes longer

You can find the package of ranch with your other condiments, it's usually on the top shelf

tater tot casserole

brown one lb hamburger meat and drain. place in bottom of 13x9 pan that has been sprayed well with nonstick spray. add a can of drained green beans on top of meat or corn if you want then cover vegetable with shredded cheddar cheese. in a bowl combine 2 cans of cream soup your choice, 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/2cup milk. mix well and pour over green beans then cover with tater tots. cover with foil and .bake at 450 for 45 minutes .then remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes till tater tots are brown.
