Does anyone have any good OAMC recipes to share? I have a few right now, but most are pasta or chicken dishes and my husband wants BEEF!

we do meatloafs and make salisbury steak to freeze too>
make your favorite meatloaf recipe....for salisbury steak make small meat loafs...fry in a small amount of water...prevent sticking...when cooked I freeze on a cookies sheet...when frozen that is when I transfer them to freezer bags...when you thaw them for dinner either use beef gravy mix or a jared beef gravy (if you like you can add a can of mushrooms when heating...cook in the gravy serve with rice, mashed potatoes or french fries.

I like this type of cooking have several we do all the time and all seem to have frozen well;
Pepperoni rolls
use frozen bread dough three loaves
one long stick of pepperoni (cut into really small chunks)
enough flour for rolling
thaw bread dough, roll out a small amount on a floured surface, when the size of a person pan pizza, place 1/3 cup of pepperoni in center and then seal edges. Bake 375 until golden brown. They freeze really well, and can be pulled out that morning, and be warmed in mircowave, we serve them with pizza sauce. This is a great make ahead snack or meal...we take these to the zoo and amusement parks because they don't have to be kept cold.

You can use my same recipe listed above as a meatloaf and serve it with either red sauce or brown gravy and mashed potatos. The meatballs are really versatile and freezer friendly.

1lb Ground turkey
1lb Italian sauage (remove from casing/skin)
2 slices white/wheat bread (u choose)
2 eggs
1/4 onion diced
2 cloves diced garlic
2 tbs worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tbs italian seasoning
1/2 tsp black peper
slightly beat eggs in small bowl and set aside. Tear bread in pieces, drop in food processor and pulse for 30 secconds or less (for best results do not use dried bread crumbs). mix bread and all remaining ingredients (including eggs) in a large mixing bowl using your freshly washed HANDS (how fun!). After thoroughly combining all ingredients, form meat balls in your desired size. Drop small palm sized meatballs in your favorite spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
Meatballs may be prepared in several ways: browned in oven, fried on stove top, or my favorite, cooked directly in spaghetti sauce.

try preparing tacos and make an abundance of meat. the meat can be frozen and used later in the month. You can make burritos, chili, and spaghetti. All of which can be frozen. Not an actual recipe, but i the ideas help.
