I found a copycat recipe for PF Chang's mongolian sauce this last week and it was amazing! I made it with chicken, but it works for beef, pork, maybe even shrimp. One of my new favs for sure!

I worked at PF Changs for 5 years and I seriously could eat the Mongolian Beef every day. I used to have them add asparagus and would have them make it with chicken too. Thanks for sharing!!! I couldn't get your link to work though. :(
