Poppy Seed Chicken

6 Chicken Breasts, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 pkgs. Ritz crackers, 1-1 1/2 cup of butter, 2 Tablespoon poppy seeds. Cook the chicken in water until done. Cut chicken in to bite-size pieces. Place inthe bottom of a 13X9-inch casserole dish. Top with mixture of soup and sour cream. Crumble crackers on top. Drizzle melted butter over crackers. Put poppy seeds on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
