Take 6 boneless pork chops or tenderloin cuts, cover with flour and lightly brown in skillet. Cut up 6 medium potatoes into thin slices, spread in bottom of baking dish. salt and pepper potatoes. Take 1 packet of lipton beefy onion soup, one mushroom onion soup and mix with 4 cups of water (you can use beef broth as well). Lay chops on top of potato bed and pour soup mix over all.
Bake on 375 for 45 minutes to an hour depending on thickness of chops.
