I usually by my sirloin like this when there is a good sale. I will usually use one or two for roast and cut the rest for chop. But u could also cut some into strips for stir fry (just stir fry with veggies and soy sauce). I also use the roasts mostly for my crock pot. It saves a lot of time on busy days or days when i'm working and not home for dinner. I also separate the pieces into the amount i will be using for a meal instead of one large sum. that way, i know how many meals i can get and what meals i can plan. I just found a really great recipe for a roast for the crock pot. U need to butterfly cut the roast and pound it out a little (naturally, it works best thawed out completely) then season sald/pepper both sides. Melt some butter and brown sugar in a pan and add diced apples until coated and "sauce" has thickened. put the apples inside the roast and close it up (like stuffing a pork chop) and tie off. put in crock pot and cook. if u want the specifics on amounts and time, i'll be glad to give them to u (didn't want to waste ur time if not interested) i also have a great recipe for orange pork chops. my 2 y/o even eats them. umm...since it's nice out, u could also use skewers and put them on the grill w/ some veggies. hope this gave u some ideas...
