I have a 7 and a half month old son, and i'm stuck for pudding ideas for him! He loves his pureed fruit, or his fromage frais / yoghurts, but i'd like to give him a little more of a variety. Any ideas would be great. Thanks !!

Rice pudding! Fairly simple to make, and smells great! Good texture for baby too, and you can add as much sugar as YOU'D like to.

I like Alton Brown's recipes for instant chocolate pudding mix on foodtv.com. His chocolate pudding recipe tells you how to add the milk, cream, vanilla . . . Also check out the fudgepops! I'm sure they have tapioca and butterscotch too. What about bread pudding?
