2 table spoons of capers
1 handful of black olives pitted, cut in slices
1 garlic clove
tomato sauce (1 big can)
salt, pepper and oregano for seasoning.
start by warming a sauce pan, and add a little bit of olive oil and saute the garlic, olives and capers. add 1 cup of cooking wine or any white wine you have at home. let it reduce a bit.
add the tomato sauce.
stir and cook on medium heat. once it starts boiling you can add the seasonings. let it sit fr few minuits and serve over your favorite shape of noodles.
for the Xtra healthy add 1 cup of shredded carrots in the first sautee part. the carrots are rich in vitamin A!!
