I am looking for any ideas for quick lunch ideas for my 2 1/2 year old! Any ideas other than the normal mac-n-chees, peanut butter and jelly and grilled cheese. Would love any recommendations!

I have started putting peanut butter and jelly on a tortilla and rolling it up. The kids love it! Sometimes we do honey and peanut butter too. Tortilla's are very versatile, I have made egg and cheese rolls with them too. You can put just about anything in them that you would put between two pieces of bread. I also enjoy doing breakfast food for lunch sometimes. French toast is quick and easy and you can serve it with jam and peanut butter instead of syrup so it is a little healthier. Cheese omelets are great too and you can even add some veggies to them for added nutrition.

On the large tortilla spread cream cheese. Next put roast beef slices on the tortilla. Then put the lettuce on top of the roast beef. Roll up your wrap. Cut it in half.

went to my friends the other day. she put different fillings between two tortillas and put them on the frypan to crisp up a bit and melt the cheese.

she used pesto, ham and cheese but you could use anything.

Then she cut the circle into 4 wedges. yum!
