Nestle Toll House Chocolate Granola Bars
* 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
* 1 1/2 cups puffed rice cereal
* 1 1/2 cups quick oats
* 1/2 cup flaked coconut
* 1/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds (I didn't have sunflower seeds, so I added 1/4 cup wheat germ. You can't taste it and it's a great source of protein, vitamin E, and folic acid)
* 1/2 cup honey
* 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
* 1/3 cup peanut butter
and I also put in about a handful or so of chopped dried cherries.
GREASE 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
COMBINE morsels, cereal, oats, coconut and sunflower seeds in large bowl.
HEAT honey and butter in small, uncovered saucepan until mixture just comes to a boil; reduce heat. Boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted and well combined.
POUR peanut butter mixture over chocolate mixture in bowl. Stir well to combine (morsels will melt). Carefully press mixture firmly into prepared baking pan with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Cover; refrigerate until firm. When firm, cut into bars. Store in a covered container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
This granola bar recipe is SO good! Definitely pretty chocolately. My 2 year old daughter loves them. My fiance thought they were good, but would also be good with some nuts.

Home made Granola Bars (The kids can help make these.)
1 cup peanut butter and/or 1 1/2 cup cream cheese
1 box graham crackers
1 cup chocolate chips in a ziploc bag
Place chocolate chip bag in microwave for about 20 seconds. Knead the bag to mix. Microwave in 10 second increments , kneading between each till chocolate is melted.
Spread graham with peanut butter or cream cheese. Top with granola clusters and dried fruits.
Cut a corner off of the chocolat bag. Use bag to pipe chocolate drizzle over the top of your cracker. Enjoy :)

This is an easy and fun treat to make with your kids.
--Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
--Arrange mini-pretzels on cookie sheet (as many as you like)
--Top each pretzel with a Hershey Kiss
--Put in a 325 degree oven for about 2-3 minutes until chocolate kisses begin to glisten.
--Push a Reeses Piece candy on top of the Hershey Kiss
--Let harden a little and cool.
--Watch them disappear!

Here is a recipe I found...kinda sweet but easy to make and taste good!
Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
Bring sugar and milk to a rolling boil. Remove from heat immediately and add peanut butter. Beat until creamy, pour into buttered 12 x 8 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Cut while warm.
