2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 can Rotel, undrained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bag egg noodles
Garlic Salt
Butter
Cook cubed chicken breasts in small amount of oil. Add chopped onion just before chicken is done and allow to saute a few minutes. Add undrained Rotel to chicken and onion and allow to simmer. Meanwhile, boil egg noodles until desired tenderness. Drain then add a little bit of butter. Stir to coat all the noodles with the butter. Sprinkle some garlic salt on the noodles and stir. Serve chicken mixture over top of the buttered egg noodles.
My family loves when I make this. It has good flavor and is pretty cheap to make.

ground turkey meat ($3.99)
jarred pasta sauce ($2)
pasta ($1)
grated cheese ($1.50)
Just saute the ground turkey, when it's cooked, pour in a jar of sauce and heat it on low.
Boil some water and cook the pasta for the recommended time.
Toss it all together and sprinkle some cheese on top!
*You can stretch out the ground turkey by adding cooked rice and an egg to it
(also very good with frozen ravioli)

Have you tried salsa chicken? just put like 5-6 chicken breast in a crock pot and cover with salsa, then cook for low 6 or high 3 to 4 hours then just shred the chicken and make chicken tacos or serve it over rice. Its really good!!!
