Back in my day- we browned regular cooking flour in an iron skillet.Just put the flour into the skillet and keep it on a med heat.Stir often to get an even browning until it is a light tan color.Let it cool & store in a baggie.Sprinkle it on the rash 2 or 3 times a day.Keep the baby dry.If she is drooling and keeping her neck damp, use bibs and change them often. She may also be getting overheated.Don't overdress her.Unless your in a freezing temp. just use one layer of clothes.Use layers of blankets when you go out in the cold and just enough clothing to keep her from the sun in the summer. Hope this helps. My baby is 40 now!

a little sprinle of baby goldbond powder always helped my kids esp in the summer in the diaper area...and dont over dress good rule of thumb is dress them as you dress yourself not over kill cause they run a little warmer than you will anyway.

Also might want to put less clothing on her. My niece had the same problem and doctor told her to avoic over clothing her. I think we always think babies are colder than what they are. I know my little guy sleeps better if he has a onesie on under his pj's and he likes it colder, not freezing but 68 or so and he hates blankets being on him! Hope this helps!

Those are good ideas I just wanted to add that I recently read in a magazine that you should avoid putting cornstarch anywhere where there is a fold of skin or that kind of thing because if you dont get it all wiped out it could grow bacteria on it. I guess it's not saying don't use it at all just be careful to get all of it out when you wash it out.

Keep the area clean, use a baby wipe often. You can also put a little oatmeal in her bath if it is itching her. Putting corn starch on the area is a good idea too just don't let her inhale it while you are putting it on her.

You can put baking soda in her bath and even add corn startch to the areas when they are dry to help keep them more dry.
