One of my favorites is making Rolo Brownies by taking a regular brownie mix, fix per package directions and add chopped Rolo's and chopped nuts to the mix. As soon as the brownies come out of the oven, you push whole Rolo's into the brownie.

A pan size of 9x11 would take 40 Rolo's with 20 being chopped and 20 remaining whole.

You can substitue Rolo's for your favorite candy, i.e., Heath Toffee, York Peppermint Patties, etc.

Yum!
