500grms scallops, 2 gloves garlic crushed. saly pepper. 3 tab spns chopped parsley , 2 tabspns butter, 1 quarter cup white wine. 1 quarter cup cream. 2 teaspoons cornflour and 1 tabspn water
method
melt butter in a pan add garlic wine salt and pepper cover & simmer for 5 minutes.add scallops & simmerfor 3 minutes
next stir in cream and parsley, heat but do not boil. combine cornflour & water then add to pan.stiruntil thickened
