1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups water
1 15 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp oregano
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup grated parmesian cheese
1.) Brown ground beef over medium heat. Stir in water, spaghetti sauce, and oregano, Bring to a simmer
2.) Stir in macaroni, cover pan and simmer for 7 minuets or until noodles are tender stirring frequently.
3.) Stir in cheese, cover pan again, and let stand for 1 minuet (until cheese is melted)
Yeild: 4 - 2 cup servings
Calories: 456 total fat: 22.7 g Sodium 1125 mg Carbs:28 mg.
