My families favorite couldn't be easier. . .
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
4 oz bbbq sauce (we like Open Pit)
2 oz ketchup
Brown ground meet and drain. Add tomato sauce--use can to estimate bbq and ketchup. Heat through.

My Mama's Sloppy Joes
ground beef (browned)
sauteed onion
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tbls.brown sugar
1 tbls. molasses
couple dashes worchestershire sauce
garlicpowder
brown meat and onions
add seasonings or choice (dash of hotsauce gives it a nice kick)
add molasses and brown sugar
add tomatoe sauce slowly while simmering on medium high heat sauce will thicken
