anyone have any good slow cooker recipies to share??

I found a french dip recipe that has become a family favorite.

1 2lb beef chuck roast
1 cup water
1 .9oz packet dry onion coup mix
1 1oz packet dry au jus mix
1 large onion half moon slices
12 sour dough hoagie rolls
butter
swiss cheese sliced or shredded

In your crock pot stir together the water, soup mix, and au jus.

Trim any large bits of fat from the roast.

Add the meat and onions to the crock pot. Cover and cook on High for 5 hours.

Shred the beef and continue cooking on low for 2 hours.

Right before serving butter and toast the rolls (a broiler works really well for this).
