1 can of salmon

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning

1 sleeve of saltine crackers(crushed)

In a large bowl, mix together salmon, seasoning, egg and crushed crackers. Kneed together the mixture till all moisture is absorbed and is thick. Place a golf ball size dough in hand an roll into a ball. Slightly with both hands flatten the ball into a patty. Do this with remainder of dough.

Preheat skillet on medium to medium high heat. Oil the skillet well and place as pany patties in greased pan and brown both sides. Remove the patties from skillet and garnish.

Garnishes! You can use the traditional Tartar Sauce or mix it up a bit and create your our sauces. I love Ranch and Honey Mustard, seperately of course! Theses patties are great for lunches, entertaining and just easy cooking. Let me know how u like it.
