Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas



8 oz Cheddar (shredded)


8 oz Mont. Jack w/jalapenos (shredded)


16 oz Sour cream


2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup


1 Med. Onion (chopped)


1 Pkg of small Flour Tortillas





Mix all ingredients except tortillas in large bowl. Spoon into tortillas and roll up. Place in corning ware dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly or microwave on high until bubbly.

Melinda-I'm making this right now, but you didn't say what size cans of Cream of Chicken. I just bought 2 of the 15oz cans (the small ones). It looks like it was enough. I can't wait to try it. I'm going to make some Spanish Rice with it.
