Sour Cream Enchiladas

I make these once of twice a month my oldest daughter doesn't like flour tortillas so i make her with corn.

1-2 lbs ground beef or turkey
16oz. sour cream
8oz. diced green chillies
2 12oz. cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg flour tortillas
1 pkg cheddar cheese

cook meat ,drain and set aside.

combine sour cream,soup and chillies in a saucepan and heat slowly until creamy.
layer meat,soup mix, and cheese on tortilla and roll place in baking dish
pour remaining mixture on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese

bake at 325 for 30 to 40 mins

serve with a salad or whatever you like.
