5 plantians thinly sliced
ground beef or turkey ( I perfer turkey)
sazon
sofrito
green peppers
adobo
onion power garlic powder
shreaded mozzarla cheese

fry the plantians until golden brown remove and place on paper towel to allow grease to leak
season ground turkey with cut up green peppers, onions, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, goya adobo, goya sazon 1 pack
let cook
place plantians on bottom of oven safe dish then layers it with ground turkey and cheese and contuine until you reach the top on dish
once layers are down mix one egg and pour on top, cover and place in the oven on 350 until cheese is melted remove and
ENJOY WITH WHITE RICE
