I love to cut up steak in to pieces and then cook it, sometimes season asian style, but I cook with a lot of beef, I post everything I cook on my blog hobblecreekkitchen.blogspot.com

Swiss steak I use cubed steak for this. I use seasoned flour ( garlic salt, pepper, seasoned salt, onion powder, etc) coat the cubed steak well with the flour pan fry in a little bit of olive oil or vegetable oil, then I mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of milk maybe a little more if it isn't the consistency of gravy then pour into pan with the cubed steaks and simmer for 45 minutes or so and serve with noodles or rice and my boys love it.

Our family buys an organic cow (butchered for us) every year and we are loaded down with steak. We make BBQ steak, obvious lol, pepper steak, stir fry it, steak schnitzel, stews, mushroom steaks and that's all I can think of at the moment. :S If you want recipes though feel free to email me and I'll send them. =)

Steak burritos are good with lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, sour cream. You can use taco seasoning packets that they sell in the grocery store.

Also beef stroganoff is good. I think there are some easy recipes for it on betty crocker.com.

Steak kabobs are great for kids too. You can put pinneaple, peppers, onion, mushrooms or whatever veggies they like that would make it past the cooking process. A good idea, since steak cooks faster than veggies is to cook the meat on it's own kabobs and then cook the veggies on their own. You can mix the kabobs after they are cooked for the kids.

We also do fajitas and stir fry.

HI, we love buffalo, venison, ect. on some of it I like to make a gravy. Cut the meat into small chunks and brown them with seasonings of your choice or you can use dry lipton onion soup(no water), and then put a can of cream of mushroom and a little milk and eat over biscuts or noodles.
