Swiss Chicken Casserole (for the crock pot)

Ingredients: 1 bag of frozen chicken breasts, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 package of sliced swiss cheese, rice to cook and serve with chicken.
Directions: Place frozen chicken breasts and swiss cheese alternately in crock pot until all is used. Mix can of cream of mushroom with a can of milk. Pour over top of chicken and cheese.
Put lid on crock pot and set to cook on low for 8hrs. Cook rice so it is ready to serve with chicken.

To serve: put some cooked rice on plate and remove a chicken breast from the crock pot and place on top. Serve.

Oh my gosh! That sounds SO good!! I'll try it next week when we get to the inlaws for a visit.. plan to serve with steamed asparagus... Yum! Thanks for sharing.
