Makes 4 servings

1lb. Lean ground beef
1 (1oz.) pkg. Old Elpaso Taco seasoning ( I usually make my own)
2 1/2 C. Water
7oz. Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
4oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
2 Green Onions, sliced
Sour Cream
Chopped Tomato

1. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
2. Add taco seasoning mix, water and macaroni; Mix well. Bring to a boil; Stir. Reduce heat to medium-low; Cover and cook 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
3. Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Top with sour cream and tomato.
