2 8oz. cream cheese [ room temp. ]
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1tblsp. vanilla
beat cheese and sugar till creamed, add eggs one at a time
add vanilla
Vanilla wafers
In muffin pan put cupcake papers and add vanilla wafer in bottom of each
add cream cheese mixture 2/3 full
Bake 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
Let cool then add what ever pie filling you wish [cherry or crushed pineapple drained]
