1 bag Ore-Ida frozen tater tots
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans corn
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped inion
I split this recipe into 2 8 x 8 pans and freeze one for a future meal - Its great to have an extra on hand!
Brown the hamburger with the onion and drain. Mix the cream of mushroom soup in with the hamburger and onion. Split the mixture between the 2 pans evenly and spread across bottom of pan. Pour one can of drained corn in each pan and spread evenly. Spread 1/2 of tater tots over each batch. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tater tots are golden brown.
Serves 2 adults and 2 children. With a larger group, just put entire batch into 10 x 13 pan and bake about 15 minutes longer.
