The Best Banana Bread in the World (and the easiest)

1 stick unsalted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas (bananas must be black before you mash)
½ c. nuts (optional)
½ c. sour cream

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to just mixed. Add bananas, nuts and sour cream. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour check at 45 minutes.

I am soooo glad I opened your post!! I've had banana bread one time and have been looking for the recipe with sour cream forever!!!!! YAY! This is delicious!
