My kids and I love peppy mac. Cook a box of mac and chz and put it in an oven safe pan. Pour a jar of pizza sauce on top, put some pepperoni on (i use alot bc we like it but use how much you want). Then you sprinkle shredded chz on top (whatever kind you like i use moz or ched) then put it in the oven on 350 for about 10 min to heat pep and melt chz.

I don't remember the name, but Wal-Mart has an excellent fish breading in a bag by the cornmeal, baking powder, etc. It has a fish on the front. Roll the tilapi in it, fry it until crispy & serve w/pasta, rice, etc. You can also grill it, but remember that tilapi is a deliate fish so you'll want to lightly oil the grill so the fish doesnt' stick.

Foodnetwork.com is my best friend when it comes to looking for recipes. Recipezaar.com & allrecipes.com are other great sites. Good luck.

This is a fun recipe to get your kids involved. Make a cake according to the cake mix. When it's cooled cut a thin layer off the top. In a small bowl mix jello gelatin mix w/1 T. of water. You'll want at least 2 or 3 colors, deeper colors work best. Then, pour them on your cake. Top w/icing. The kids will love helping. When you cut the cake it will look tie-dyed.

Hey, thanks.  Your chicken recipe sounds good, but I would hafta leave off the mushrooms.  I have been wanting to try some tilapia.  How do you bread yours?

I have 3 kids & a husband that are all very picky. It makes things tough. We hate the tast of fish, however, Tilapi is a good, mild fish that tastes wonderful both grilled or breaded & fried. One of their fave things is when I marinate chicken in honey w/a little oil...you could also add a little soy sauce or herbs if you wish. After a couple hrs. brown it in a pan. Place in a baking dish covered w/cheese (any kind works, I use cheddar), cooked bacon bits & sauteed mushrooms. Bake at 350 until cheese melts. Super easy & super good. It's a copycat recipe from Outback for Alice Springs Chicken.
