1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil leaves
1 garlic clove, pressed
4 plum tomatoes, sliced
Preheat oven to 375. Roll pizza curst out. Mix the Parmesan cheese, 2/3 the mozzarella cheese, mayo, basil and pressed garlic in mixing bowl. Spread mixture evenly over pizza crust. Arrange sliced tomatoes evenly over mixture. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares; serve warm.
