I do a cheesy tuna spaghetti

Ingredients:

Velveeta
A can of Ro-tel
A can on tuna in water drained
Spaghetti cooked til tender

it's a simple recipe pretty much melt the velveeta at the ro-tel not drained and add the tuna after draining it and mix in the cooked spaghetti.

My family loves tuna cassrole and it's a cheap meal. For a family of 5 with hearty appetites I use:

2-3 boxes of macaroni and cheese

2-3 cans of tuna

1 can of cream of celery soup

1 can of milk

1 can of peas

shredded cheese (saving some for the top)

I cook the mac and cheese and then add all the other ingredients, put in casserole dish, add shredded cheese to the top and bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.

I love tuna melts done in the oven instead of the pan...375 degrees 10 min each side and you can do more than just two with a cookie sheet...take 'em out when golden brown on both sides...makes the bread crouton crunchy, so good.
