weight gaining foods

Of course any food that has alot of calories with help you gain weight if you eat enough of it but I would recommend protein bars and weights. When most women here weights they are afraid of looking butch but that is only the case if you do it excessivly. 3 Days a week should be good. Concentrating expecially on the areas you would like to increase mass such as the gultes, thighs, and chest.
The Protein bars are high in calories AND will help you gain muscle mass.
Everyone knows that eating enough will put on weight but there are a select few that have a metabolism that restricts that from happening. If this sounds like you then protein and weights are your best shot.

Ensure. It's brand of drink kind of like slim fast but the opposite. they have a specific kind that is formulated for weight gain. has about 300 callories in a 6oz bottle. Avacados are good and healthy. Avoid the low fat foods and swich to whole milk. Those are some of the suggestions my daughters dr gave me when he told me she had to start gaining. Good luck.
