Teriyaki Chicken its easy, healthy and tasty.
3 tbs soy
3 tbs bwn sugar
2 tbs ketchup
1/4 tsp red roaster sauce (or more if you like it spicy)
3/4 tsp pwdr ginger
2 tsp pwder or minced garlic
2 tsp vinegar (any kind will do)
Mix it all in a bowl. Marinated your chicken for a few minutes then throw it on a pan until cooked. Put it on so white rice and shazam fast and tasty dinner.
