Ok, so I make meat loaf, hambergers, stuffed bell peppers already.

What else is there to make with ground beef? My mom keeps buying it and I don't know what else to make with ground beef... we are all tired of the meals above.

Any different recipes involving what to make with ground beef would be greatly appreciated by everyone in my family.

Shepards Pie, meatballs, stuffed meatloaf, eight layer casserole (has noodles, cheese, spinach ect.), mexicali casserole, hot subs with provo.cheese, bells peppers ect, Beef & pasta skillet with kalamata olives, pizza, any combination with cornbread and or salsa, wraps, soups.
type in a search engine "recipes with ground beef". I hope this helps. I've often used the INGREDIENT list combo on allrecipes.com to use what I have on hand. I also have an old casserole cook book from the 50's that has good ideas.

if eating that night put in oven for about 10 min.

When I'm out of ideas on what to make with ground beef I always turn to an old stand by that my mom used to make when we were kids. Cheeseburger pie, it's easy to prepare and doessn't cost a lot for the ingrediants. The kids like it also. Taco salad/tacos, enchilades and quesidias (not sure on the spelling) are other meals I like. Let me know if you try them, and I hope it helps.

If you are trying to appease kids, you can do mini hamburgers and rice. It's very easy to make and kids love it. Season some ground Beef, roll into little balls and fry. Once done, set meatballs aside. Drain pan, and make gravy...we use the packets of brown gravy you get at the store, which is lower in fat and takes minutes to make. Once gravy is made, add mini burgers and serve over rice.

I'm thinking Mexican food.
enchiladas
-can of enchilada sauce (green or red)
- 1 pound beef
-onions chopped (optional)
-cheese/cheese sauce/enchilada sauce
-tortillas ( i like flour but corn is more traditional)
brown the beef with the chopped onions. drain grease. add part of the can of enchilada sauce. (try not to add too much because it will be messy when u roll it.) next warm the tortillas. (i prefer the tortilla microwave warmer but a plate with 4-5 at a time for 8-10 seconds at a time and flipping the pile works well too. I'm too lazy to warm them in a pan. this step helps the tortilla become flexible and soft so it doesn't break when u roll it.) if using 8" tortillas spread about 1/3 or less beef off center of a tortilla. start on the side of with the beef and roll the mix in the tortilla. (this part may take practice but totally worth it and tastes the same in the end). place rolled tortillas in a 9x9 or 9x13 pan very close together. For the topping use what appeals to you. hear are three options 1) shredded cheese (this will be dryer) 2) cheese sauce-mix milk, shredded cheese and the rest of the can of enchilada sauce. pour on top. the cheese doesn't need to be melted. 3)enchilada sauce. this may take another can. Place in the oven at 325 for 15-30 minutes depending on what sauce and how much you used on top.

i made it long with lots of details so that hopefully even the beginners can make a success with this one. feel free to ask questions on any confusing parts.

Taco pie in the crock pot is the BEST:)

Make meat as you would for tacos. Line crock pot with tin foil (enough so foil hangs over sides-this is used to remove pie when finished)
Using corn tortillas layer crock pot tortillas, taco meat, cheese, sour cream, taco sauce etc. I usually layer four times (like lasagna). Cook on low 4 hrs. Pull out & place on serving tray

I have a tater toto recipe my whole family loves.
1 1/2 pounds hamburger,
1/2 chopped onion,
chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
1pkg of tater tots
2 cans soup, I use 1 cream of chicken, and 1 cream of celery
2 oz. cheese grated ( cheddar is what I use)
6 slices american cheese.
Cook hamburger with chili powder, salt and pepper. Drain. Pour in 9X13 pan
Mix soups with melted grated cheese. Heat.
Put pkg of tater tots on top of ground beef
Heat and pour soup/cheese over top of tater tots
Add the six slices of cheese evenly over top of mixture
Bake about 20minutes or until cheese/tater tots get a little brown.
remove from oven, let sit 5 minutes, and dip on plates. I never have leftovers.
You can also use mushroom soup or make a sauce of your own. I usually make a sauce of my own . I take 2 cans of chicken broth, I add the cheese and sometimes some chopped mushrooms, or celery and the grated cheese. Heat and add corn starch to thicken. (mix with either a bit of the broth or water before adding). Pour over top of tater tots. Just as good as the soups. Will serve up to 6 people easily.

Cottage pie, where you brown the mince with onions and veg (such as carrots and celery), add a little stock and allow to simmer, then thicken. Pour into a dish and cover with mashed potato, which you "rake with a fork", then pop into the oven until crispy.

Meatballs but with it, sweat some finely chopped onion, pour in chopped tomatoes, add some finely chopped garlic and add some chicken stock then reduce to make the sauce, cook with pasta and add your meatballs to the sauce, then pour that over the pasta!

Curry pies! Add a spoon of curry powder to browned and cooked mince with onion-then add some frozen garden peas. Use a pastry base to line small pie tins and pour in the curry mix, then put mash on the top and brown in the oven. My mum in law makes them and they're amazing.

Big Mac Casserole.

1 cup onion
4 oz dill pickle
8 Tbsp thousand island dressing (one per serving)
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
10 slices Kraft singles
8 rolls reduced-fat crescent roll dough

Instructions

Saute onion and chopped pickles with ground beef. When browned, layer in casserole dish. Place the 10 cheese slices over the meat mixture. Take crescent rolls out of package and unroll the sheet and place on top of the cheese and meat mixture. Bake at 350 until crescent rolls and done. Serve over a bed of lettuce and top with thousand island dressing. Tastes just like a big mac!

Beef Stroganoff: Wide egg noodles, 1 small can of cream of mushroom soup, maybe 1/4 cup of sour cream and a small onion. I usually add another small can of mushrooms.
Brown the ground beef, cook the noodles to just before they are done. Since the beef will be done before the noodles, mix the mushroom soup, onions and sour cream together. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain noodles, rinsing is okay as I do that all of the time. Mix the noodles in with other ingredients and heat till warm. You can even cook the noodles until they are done then add them as they should still be warm enough not to worry about them being cold.
Fix all of this to taste. total time I would say no more than an hour but think more like 45 mins, I could be mistaken though.

I have made elbow noodles then put hamburger in it with cheese or BBQ sauce. I've also made a taco casserole which don't take much time, you brown the meat and the seasoning then layer soft taco shells with meat, sauce ,cheese cover with foil on 350 for 20 mins or til chesse melts, then whatever you like on top lettuce , tomato, sour cream ect. Dinner in 30 mins. My husband and 3 kids love it. Also I have done a broccoli cheese casserole. You boil the cut broccoli til soft brown the meat, then you mix all of it together with cheese, croutons, brown gravy, 1tsp of garlic, salt, pepper, put in casserole dish with foil on top and cook at 350 for 20-30 mins til cheese melts. Again my family loves it but it doesn't look pretty as my youngest says. :-)

After you drain the noodles, toss with the ground beef and gravy. I call it beef noddle dinner and my teen sons love it! I'm sure it isn't the healthiest option to make, but they don't complain like they do over meatloaf! LOL!

Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Then take some flour tortillas and cut in quarters. My husband buys ground beef in bulk, so we cook a lot of beef dishes. These are some of the things to make with ground beef:

1)Tacos! I season the meat with cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a bit of cinnamon.

2)Italian dishes always work well with ground beef. I make my own meat sauce or meatballs quite often. Meatballs also work well in many other cuisines.

3) Shepherd's pie. Lots of mashed potatoes, veggies, and meat.. no lose meal!

4) Homemade sloppy joes

Hmm... What to do with ground beef? How about sheppards pie? Just fry the ground beef, drain the grease... while frying the ground beef make mashed potatoes... put the beef in a mixing bowl add green beans, peas, carrots, corn, wax beans (optional) mix together w/ gravy (about 2-3 cans) and put in a glass pryex baking dish. On top of the mixure spread the mashed potatoes all on the top and bake at 350 for about 40 mins or so
