My 2yr old has a wheat and milk intolerance and i was wondering if anyone out there has the same problem. Im finding it very hard to find any recipes for wheat and milk intolerance. They seem to be either wheat or milk, not both. Its a nightmare, hope someone can help.

I have tried to follow a dairy and wheat free diet in the past for myself, so I know how much effort this kind of meal plan requires. I have a cookbook called The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook by Alissa Segersten. Many (but not all) are wheat and dairy free recipes. I copied and pasted the below information regarding other cookbooks from the American Dietetic Association's website at www.eatright.org. Best of luck.
