Your little one is still a baby and needs some healthy fat in his diet for brain devlopment. Good sources are--natural nut butters--remember to put some no sugar jam on it when spread on bread or mix it in cereal, olive oil, oily fish (like salmon or tuna), and avacados. If you do this, you do not have to give whole milk, which doesn't contain the healthiest of fats.

My son eats whatever we eat except the junk..haha what ever were having brekfast lunch and dinner he eats with us and has been seince befour he turned 1 as long as its healthy you may need to cut up little bits for your wee one but thats how weve done it

Lots of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, dairy or soy products, and complex/healthy carbs.
