I have TONS of WW recipes....been on the program Since September and have lost 75lbs. It's my way of life and I truly enjoy being in the kitchen so I've come up with quite a few tasty dishes for minimal points. Any dish I make with butter or oils, I just put extra water so the fat will rise to the top, refrigerate and skim off that fat (then reheat when ready to eat). This keeps the flavor but loses a lot of the calories from just about any meat dish.

There are some great ones on the web for free. I am am WW member and have several cook books if you can't find anything on line. I just search weight watchers recipies and you can't believe the numer of them you can get w/o joining. Let me know if you are looking for something particular, mexican, meat/potatoes, etc and I can zip you a recipe

Weight Watchers is the best program out there, I think. I lost almost 100 pounds then had a baby and now back to about 75 pounds down. Keep it up and it can take you far. You do need to exercise too and with a pool (I see it in your picture) that is a great way to exercise with a baby. Put the baby in the floaty and push it around. If you can find a local swim aerobics you can once or twice and get ideas and then do them while you have the baby in the pool. I am with you on finding time to exercise and I too LOVE to eat. Here is an interesting recipe:
TAFFY APPLE SALAD
1 cup = 1 point
4 apples, chopped (I leave the skins on and use a mix of red and green)
1 large can (14 1/2 oz) pineapple, undrained
(I prefer crushed pineapple for consistency)
1 8 oz tub Fat Free Cool Whip
1 box fat free, sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

One of my favorite WW recipes is for cake. You take a box of spice cake mix and add a 15 oz can of pumpkin and 1/2 cup of water. Mix and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish coated with Pam with flour. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

My sister gave me this one and we make it all summer.
1 box cake mix. (I use reduced sugar yellow cake mix.)
1 can of diet soda (I use berry splash sierra mist or the like)
Mix together and bake in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. It won't rise much so don't think it's bad. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Top with fat free cool whip and any fresh cut fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and/or raspberries). I'm told it's only 1 point per serving for the cake mix itself. No points for the soda, cool whip or fruit. We love it and it keeps fruit in the house for the kids to snack on!

Turkey & Noodles au Gratin
12 oz lean (7-9% fat) ground trukey
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ cups canned crushed tomatoes
3 oz uncooked whole wheat noodles
1 t. oregano or basil
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
½ cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. In a 3-quart saucepan cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up the meat. Cook thoroughly, 8-10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Stir in tomatoes, noodles, basil (or oregano), salt, and pepper. Spoon into a
1 ½-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese with cheese. Bake, covered, until heated through and the cheese is melted. 15-20 minutes

I also found this one for WW Oreo Fluff
1oz sugar free instant pudding (vanilla or choc)
12 oz fat free cool whip
1/4 C crushed FF oreo cookies
Mix all ingredients together, saving some crushed oreos for topping
freeze until set, serves 6, sprinkle reserved crushed oreos when serving

OREO & Fudge Ice Cream Cake
1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed, divided
1 3.9 ox pkg. Chocolate instant pudding
12 OREO cookies chopped
12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches
Pour fudge topping into medium bowl. Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. Stir in chopped cookies. Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches, side-by-side, on 24-inch long piece of foil; top with half the cool whip mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining sandwiches. Frost top and sides with remaining Cool Whip. Bring up foil sides; double fold top and ends to loosely seal packet. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Just made one of our family staples tonight for dinner. Super easy and even my husband loves it.
BBQ Turkey Joes
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 purple onion, chopped
4 Whole wheat buns or multi grain buns
Brown ground turkey in a skillet sprayed with Pam
Drain fat and then add peppers and onion. Cook for another 3 or 4 minutes
Add BBQ sauce and cayenne pepper. Heat through, stirring regularly
Add mixture to buns...enjoy
6 points per sandwich
I usually serve it with the Ore-Ida Golden Fries that I bake in the oven (14 fries for 2 pts)
